Step 1

Introduce Yourselves

When you hire Mt. Tam Dog, you’ll have no reason to doubt that you were provided with the service you were promised. We have a number of tools in place so you won't just have to take our word for it. But the greatest thing you have to look forward to is a happy and healthy pet.

Step 2

Time to Meet in Person!

We will set up a Meet & Greet at your home so that we can meet you and your dog. This gives us a chance to provide a full introduction to our Walking Model, assess your dog’s general behavior & energy, review our pick up and drop off routine and answer any other questions you may have. After this, your dog is ready to be integrated into one of our Pack Leaders groups.

Step 3

Finish Up the Process

You can sign up for walks with a minimum of 2 days to a maximum of 5 days per week. Commitment to a minimum of one month is requested. After selecting your service, your account and login information for Pet Check will arrive. Here you have access to your dog(s) schedule, as well as billing info.

After this simple three-step process, there's only one thing left to do: let the tail wagging begin!
